Meet the Team

Julie Preas, Founder and Lifestyle Coach

Julie Preas, Founder and Lifestyle Coach

For 23 years, Julie worked as a nurse spanning different departments cardiology, medical-surgical, labor and delivery, and OBGYN, inside the medical system.

She cared deeply for her patients, but handing out cups of pills never sat right with her. She knew there had to be a better way to help people actually heal, not just manage symptoms.

That belief pushed into her lifestyle medicine, and it completely changed her life. After years of chronic pain and feeling dismissed, she finally found answers that made sense. Her body wasn’t failing, it was speaking a language no one had taught her to understand.

In the last 12 years Julie has coached hundreds of women through a wide range of health challenges. Specializing in essential oils, detox, balancing hormones holistically, without creams, shots, or pills. She believes that the body is infinitely intelligent and when given the right environment the body heals itself.
